Three Palestinians, including two brothers, fatally shot by Israeli special forces in a hospital operation in Jenin

Undercover Israeli special forces infiltrated Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, West Bank in the early hours of Tuesday, resulting in the death of three Palestinians.

The Israeli military has claimed these individuals were part of a “Hamas terrorist cell” and planning to carry out terrorist attacks.

As reported by Al Mayadeen, the operation involved approximately ten Israeli special forces members disguised in civilian attire, who entered the hospital and proceeded to the third floor.

There, they used silenced pistols to kill the three Palestinians, identified as Mohammad and Basil Ayman Al-Ghazawi, brothers, and Mohammad Walid Jalamna.

Notably, Basil Al-Ghazawi had been receiving treatment in the hospital since Oct.25, 2023.

Israeli forces conducted this operation to foil an attack planned in the style of the Oct.7 Hamas attack, as reported by the Jerusalem Post.

They claimed that Mohammad Jalamna has been a key figure in Hamas and a direct communicator with its leadership abroad and was using the hospital as a base for these operations. Alongside Jalamna, the Ghazawi brothers, who were allegedly affiliated with Palestinian terrorist groups, were also targeted and killed in the raid.
