South Korea‘s impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol is exercising his right to remain silent, investigators said Wednesday, as the suspended leader was questioned over his abortive declaration of martial law.
“Yoon is exercising his right to remain silent,” an official from the Corruption Investigation Office told reporters after the leader became the first sitting South Korean head of state to be arrested.
