FM Hakan Fidan meets Bangladeshi counterpart Hasan Mahmud

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met Sunday with Hasan Mahmud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.

The meeting, which took place during an event held at the NEST Congress Center, in the Belek Tourism Region, is essential in strengthening relations between the two countries and addressing regional issues.

The bilateral relations between Türkiye and Bangladesh and regional and international issues were discussed during the meeting.

The focus was on the two countries’ common interests and cooperation opportunities. Additionally, global security, the fight against terrorism, and regional stability were brought to the agenda.
