Defense giant Aselsan reigns as Türkiye’s ‘top employer’ for decade straight

Turkish defense giant Aselsan has been recognized as Türkiye’s”most attractive employer” in the sector of engineering and Information technology for the 10th time, according to the latest results of the “Universum Most Attractive Employers Survey.”

In a statement released by Aselsan, the company announced the findings of the survey, which involved 43,322 students from 61 universities and 15,313 professionals.

Aselsan once again secured the top spot in the “Engineering/IT” category, ranking first among 144 employers in Türkiye both for students and professionals.

This achievement marks Aselsan’s 10th consecutive year as the leading employer in the student rankings and the seventh time it has topped the professional rankings over the survey’s 12-year history.

Leadership in technology

Aselsan General Manager Ahmet Akyol expressed his satisfaction with the company’s consistent top ranking, noting that their pursuit of game-changing technology has once again been recognized globally.

“Being named Türkiye’s ‘most attractive employer’ for the 10th year in a row highlights our technology leadership and confirms that we are the preferred choice of both students and young professionals,” Akyol stated.

The “Most Attractive Employers Survey,” conducted annually by Universum Global, gathers input from students and young professionals across several countries. The edition for Türkiye has been running for 12 years.
