Galatasaray and Fenerbahce’s Champions League play-off opponents revealed
The UEFA Champions League play-off draw was held at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. Turkish teams Galatasaray and Fenerbahce participated in the draw.
Galatasaray, which entered the draw through the Champions Path, was drawn against Swiss team Young Boys.
Fenerbahce, which will face French side Lille in the third qualifying round, will play against the winner of the tie between Czech team Slavia Prague and Belgian team Union Saint-Gilloise if they advance.
The first leg of the play-off round will take place on August 20-21, with the second leg scheduled for August 27-28.
Galatasaray will play the first leg away, while Fenerbahce if they progress, will play the first leg at home.
