Former US President Donald Trump made a striking statement about the death of three US soldiers as a result of a drone attack on a US base in Jordan

Former U.S. President Donald Trump commented on the attack involving an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) on U.S. forces at the military base on the Jordan-Syria border, stating, “This brazen attack on the United States is yet another horrific and tragic consequence of Joe Biden’s weakness and surrender.”

‘This attack would never have happened if I was President’

On the social media platform Truth, Trump shared information about the UAV attack on U.S. forces at the military base on the Jordan-Syria border. He stated that the attack led to the deaths of three U.S. soldiers, causing emotional distress to many. Describing the day as “horrible” for the U.S., Trump extended his condolences to the grieving families of the fallen soldiers.

Referring to the impact of the “Maximum Pressure” policy, which he stated that he implemented while serving as president, Trump said, “the Iranian Regime could barely scrape two dollars together to fund their terrorist proxies,” he said.

Last week, in accordance with Biden’s directive, three Iraqi sites associated with organizations receiving Iranian support were targeted. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin affirmed that the U.S. is “fully prepared to take further measures to protect our people and our facilities.” Despite these actions, Austin emphasized that the U.S. does not “seek to escalate the conflict in the region.”
