Quran comes under another act of desecration in Sweden

A woman named Jade Sandberg burned the Holy Quran with a cross in her hand accompanied by police protection in Stockholm – the capital of Sweden.

This is not the first instance when the Quran is targeted in an act of desecration in Sweden.

Sandberg had committed the same provocation in Stockholm in February, but no action was taken against her by the Swedish authorities. 

The woman used a megaphone to call for the banning of Islam in Europe during the act of discretion.

The presence of Swedish police in the area to protect Sandberg and the Swedish authorities’ support for attacks against Islam under the name of “freedom of expression” has triggered criticism around the world.

Türkiye has officially called on Sweden to prevent attacks against Islam.
