North Korea pays official visit to Iran
Media reports indicate that North Korea’s international trade minister visited Iran, leading to speculation about potential undisclosed military discussions between the two nations
According to North Korea’s state news agency KCNA, a delegation led by Foreign Economic Relations Minister Yun Jong Ho departed North Korea on Tuesday for a visit to Iran. However, no additional details were provided.
North Korea reportedly supplied Russia with various kinds of missiles and 155 mm artillery shells for use in the Ukraine conflict. Russia received 6,700 containers of ammunition from North Korea last month.
According to the KCNA, Minister Yun plays a significant role in fostering the development of these relations.
