Israel pledges air strikes ‘tonight’ after Iran’s missile barrage on Tel Aviv
The Israeli military announced on Wednesday that its air force would maintain a vigorous campaign of strikes across the Middle East following a missile attack launched by Iran earlier in the day.
In a statement, military spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari emphasized the air force’s ongoing operations, asserting, “The air force continues to operate fully, and tonight it will continue to strike in the Middle East powerfully, as has been happening throughout the past year.”
Hagari condemned Iran’s actions, characterizing them as a provocation that threatens to escalate tensions in the region. He vowed that Israel would take necessary measures against Iran, stating, “Tehran is pushing the Middle East towards escalation.”
