Türkiye’s Ministry of National Defense (MoND) recently shared firing images of the medium-altitude air defense missile system, HISAR-O. 

HISAR-O, an integral component of the Air Defense Brigade Command’s arsenal, boasts multifunctional capabilities. 

These include target detection, identification, classification, tracking, command control and fire control functionalities, all within a distributed and flexible architecture. 

Primarily tasked with safeguarding critical facilities, points, and units, HISAR-O operates efficiently to fulfill its air defense mission. 

Comprising three missile launch vehicles, a medium-range air defense radar, a fire control center and additional support units and vehicles, the system battery ensures comprehensive defense coverage.
