Turkish Aerospace enhances Hurjet jet trainer with new upgrades
Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) has updated the technical specifications of its Hurjet Jet Trainer Aircraft, enhancing its capabilities and solidifying its position within Türkiye’s defense industry.
The latest updates follow a series of successful test flights, which continue to demonstrate the aircraft’s performance and potential.

- Maximum sustained G-force: Increased from 5.5G to 6.3G at 15,000 feet altitude.
- Climb rate: Increased to 48,500 feet per minute.
- Payload capacity: Increased to 7,500 lbs (up by 1,500 lbs).
