The Farnborough Airshow 2024 website reveals that Türkiye’s jet-powered training and light attack aircraft, Hurjet, and the general-purpose helicopter Gokbey, developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), will perform demonstration flights and be displayed during the prestigious event in the United Kingdom from July 22 to July 26.

The Farnborough Airshow, one of the world’s leading aerospace events, will feature both Hurjet and Gokbey in its static display area. Attendees can get an up-close look at these cutting-edge Turkish aircraft. The preliminary show timetable reveals that Hurjet and Gokbey will take to the skies over the course of the airshow.

This marks a significant change for Hurjet. Previously, the aircraft was set to make its international debut with a flight in Egypt this September.
