- Victims: Fadimana tried to shield her husband from the gunfire and was struck by a bullet in the chest. Despite the medical team’s efforts, she was pronounced dead at Aksaray Education and Research Hospital. Recep, who suffered three gunshot wounds, underwent surgery and remains in critical condition.
- Suspect on the run: Mehmet A. fled the scene immediately after the shooting. Law enforcement has launched a manhunt and is urging anyone with information to contact them. “We are doing everything possible to apprehend the suspect,” a police spokesperson stated.
