On Jan. 2, Wanda Nara posted a powerful Instagram story accusing her ex-husband of neglect and emotional abuse. The post, titled “With the girls, no,” outlined several grievances:
- “Cutting off health insurance for five minors.”
- “Failing to pay for their education or child support.”
- “Forcing Francesca and Isabella to live with Eugenia ‘China’ Suarez, a woman who is not their mother.”
- “Prohibiting me from contacting my daughters during Christmas and daily.”
Nara questioned whether such actions constituted violence and stated, “I want justice. Does it exist?” Her plea resonated with many on social media, sparking widespread debate.
Mauro Icardi accused of threats and surveillance during their marriage
In a live call to the program “LAM” on America TV, Nara revealed that Icardi had threatened to release intimate videos of her. She described how their homes were equipped with over 60 cameras, giving him access to footage of her private life.
“Mauro promised to destroy me and pay whatever it takes to ruin my life,” she declared. Nara indicated that these threats are part of the ongoing criminal complaints she has filed.
Wanda Nara also alleged that Icardi pays journalists to spread false narratives about her. One journalist reportedly receives $20,000 monthly to damage her reputation. “All of this has proof,” she affirmed during the call.
Eugenia ‘China’ Suarez’s involvement in Icard-Nara family conflict
Nara criticized Suarez’s presence around her daughters during the holidays, calling it “morbid.” She accused Icardi of using Suarez to hurt her emotionally.
“He doesn’t have the face to publicly acknowledge her,” she said, noting that Icardi had previously spoken negatively about Suarez.
The situation became even more contentious when Icardi purchased a property in Nordelta, a house Nara described as her “dream home.”
According to Nara, Icardi bought the property knowing its significance to her and allowed Suarez to redecorate it. She claimed, “This house was meant for my family.”
Legal and financial disputes add to tension
Nara has consistently accused Icardi of neglecting his financial responsibilities. She stated that Icardi only pays $4,000 per month in child support, a sum she argues is insufficient given his multimillion-dollar salary. She also alleged that this payment was made solely to avoid FIFA sanctions.
Adding to the tension, Nara revealed that Icardi canceled her health insurance despite her leukemia diagnosis. “Knowing my condition, he still chose to cut off my coverage,” she said, pointing to the emotional and financial toll of their separation.
Wanda Nara denies rumors of reconciliation with Mauro Icardi
Rumors of a possible reconciliation between Nara and Icardi have circulated in recent weeks. However, Nara firmly denied them. Journalist Tatiana Schapiro reported that Nara told her there was “no chance” of reconciling with Icardi.
Instead, Nara reaffirmed her relationship with musician L-Gante, further distancing herself from Icardi.
Nara acknowledged support from television personality Pampita, who had faced similar challenges. She called Pampita “a great woman” and expressed gratitude for her comforting advice during this difficult time.
