Türkiye wins 10 medals at U-18 Balkan Athletics Championship in Slovenia
According to a statement from the Turkish Athletics Federation, 14 national athletes represented Türkiye in the event held in Maribor.
Türkiye won a total of 10 medals at the championship, including 4 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze, finishing third in the competition.
Slovenia took first place with 13 medals, while Serbia came in second with the same number of medals.
The names of the medal-winning athletes are as follows:

- 3000 meters: Furkan Karli (8:42.21)
- 2000 meters steeplechase: Musap Kondakci (5:51.95)

- 110 meters hurdles: Koray Uygun (13.80)

- 2000 meters steeplechase: Elif Akcicek (6:46.06)
- Triple jump: Esma Nur Birden (12.92)
Women (Silver)
- 3000 meters: Dondu Kubra Boyraz (9:57.61)
- 1500 meters: Esma Durmus (4:23.20)
- Javelin throw: Rabia Cicek Cirit (50.75)
- Hammer throw: Birsen Kusog (60.12)
