Inter Milan defeated Napoli 1-0 in the final of the Italian Super Cup and took the trophy back to Italy

Inter Milan defeated Napoli 1-0 in the final match of the Italian Super Cup played at the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

While the first half of the match was scoreless, Inter increased the pressure against Napoli, who were reduced to 10 men after Giovanni Simeone’s red card in the 60th minute and won the trophy with Lautaro Martinez’s goal in the 90+1th minute.

Inter secured their third consecutive cup win, marking their eighth Supercoppa title with this victory.
