Iranian authorities claim medical reasons for release
Iran’s judiciary spokesperson, Asgar Cihangir, confirmed that Daryaei was released after receiving treatment for medical concerns.
“She was transferred to a hospital, where it became clear that she was ill, and she was then handed over to her family. No legal action has been taken against her,” Cihangir explained.
