Call for world vision rooted in eco-criticism
Curators Burcu Cimen and Didem Yazici emphasize that the “States of the Earth” exhibition reflects an ecology-based worldview. They note that the exhibition draws inspiration from ecologist Vandana Shiva’s book “Earth Democracy,” which promotes a discrimination-free and harmonious lifestyle with nature.
The exhibition invites viewers to explore a vision of the world where both nature and humans are free from exploitation, and only what is needed is consumed.
For art enthusiasts and those passionate about ecology, the “States of the Earth” exhibition at Yapi Kredi Culture and Arts Publishing is a must-see. This multifaceted exhibition is ideal for anyone interested in exploring ecological awareness through art.
