Cimtas, a subsidiary of the Türkiye-based engineering and construction company ENKA, entered into a long-term manufacturing agreement with a major American aerospace company. The contract, valued at $527.5 million, was disclosed through Türkiye’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on Monday.
The agreement was signed by Cimtas’s precision machining company and covers the production of various aerospace components between 2026 and 2033.
However, ENKA did not disclose the name of the U.S.-based firm or specify the nature of the components.
However, the announcement underscores the size and strategic scope of the deal, making it one of the more prominent aerospace manufacturing contracts signed by a Türkiye-based company in recent years.
Founded in 1957, ENKA is one of Türkiye’s leading multinational engineering companies, with a broad portfolio spanning construction, infrastructure, energy, and industrial manufacturing. Cimtas operates within this framework as a key manufacturing subsidiary delivering complex fabricated components and precision machining services.
