Alper Soylu is a migration expert, lawyer, and mediator. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2011 and completed his master’s degree in Migration Management at TODAIE in 2017 with top honors. His main areas of interest include residence permits, deportation, migration technologies, human rights, and migration and foreigners law.
