Venezuelan president’s warns of World War III amid Iran-Israel crisis
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said in a statement on Monday that the Iran-Israel crisis could lead to a world war
In a statement on Monday, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro suggested that if reason is not restored in the crisis between Iran and Israel, World War III could erupt.
He urged Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to act calmly, cautioning that any escalation from Israel could spiral out of control.
‘World remained silent after attack on Iran’
Maduro said that Israel’s attack on the Consulate of Iran in Damascus on April 1 was against international law.
“I wonder what they would do if another country attacked a US embassy. They were just silent when Iran was attacked,” he added.
