Startup soft drink company, Palestine Cola, debuts in Sweden

Palestinian brothers launch a soft drink company out of Sweden, providing alternatives amid growing boycott of products that support Israel

Two Palestinian brothers in Sweden launched a new soft drink brand two weeks ago, providing alternatives for consumers who prefer to avoid big brands such as Pepsi and Coca-Cola. The lineup includes Palestine Cola, Palestine Cola Sugarfree, Palestine Orange, Palestine Lemonade, and Palestine Energy Drink. 

The startup was inspired by growing boycotts on brands that are seen as supporting Israel. These boycotts have been in place for years but have gained significant momentum after the start of Israel’s war against Palestine on Oct. 7. 

Palestine Drinks is owned by the Swedish company Safad Foods AB, operating out of Malmo, Sweden.
