Israel must end its attacks on Gaza, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said after a meeting with United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken Monday, Saudi Arabia’s official agency SPA reported.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the relations and cooperation between the two countries, regional and international developments, efforts to ensure security and stability and the latest developments regarding the events in and around Gaza.
Emphasizing the importance of stopping the Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, which have been going on for more than three months, and intensifying humanitarian efforts, the Saudi Crown Prince called for “ensuring the necessary conditions for the Palestinian people to achieve their legitimate rights and to achieve a just and lasting peace.”
Blinken, who traveled from the United Arab Emirates to Saudi Arabia for his Middle East tour, including Turkiye, Jordan and Qatar, is expected to visit Israel, the occupied West Bank and Egypt.
