Turkish Intelligence and the General Directorate of Security apprehended suspects who allegedly sold important information to Israel’s Mossad

Türkiye has detained seven individuals on charges of allegedly providing sensitive information to Israel’s intelligence agency, Mossad, using the services of private detectives.

The joint operation was conducted by the Turkish Intelligence (MIT) and the Turkish National Police.

It is alleged that the individuals obtained classified information and transferred this data to Mossad using private detectives as intermediaries. 

The operation reflects Türkiye’s commitment to safeguarding its national security and preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information. 

The collaboration between Turkish intelligence and national police highlights the country’s commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of national security matters. 

The suspects are likely to face legal proceedings, and the investigation will delve into the specifics of their activities, the information sold, and any potential connections to external entities.
