The Akinci UAV swiftly identified the crash site of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi’s helicopter, highlighting the significance of UAV technology once again.

Turkish drones, particularly the Bayraktar TB2, have effectively participated in domestic and international counter-terrorism operations, transforming global conflicts and bolstering Türkiye’s defense sector.

The vulnerability of tanks and other armored vehicles against UAVs has prompted countries to develop new strategies.

The United States, due to the increased risk of easy detection in open areas, has had to reconsider deploying its Abrams M1A1 battle tanks, each costing approximately $10 million, on the battlefield.

Türkiye, which is a step ahead in UAV and UCAV technology, has also become an exporter of this technology. We have signed export agreements for UAVs and UCAVs with 30 countries so far.
