Turkish defense companies Aselsan and STM have signed a 58.6 million euro ($63.53 million) sales agreement to export advanced defense systems to a country in the Asia-Pacific region, Aselsan announced through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

Agreement details

The agreement between Aselsan and STM includes the export of several high-tech systems such as electronic warfare suites, radar systems, friend-or-foe identification systems and remotely controlled weapon systems.

The total value of the deal is 58.63 million euros, according to the statement.

Advanced defense exports

The export of these systems marks another significant achievement for Aselsan as it continues to expand its presence in international defense markets.

While specific details regarding the purchasing country were not disclosed, this agreement is part of a broader strategy to strengthen defense relations and capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region.
