TCG Kemalreis, TCG Salihreis conduct NATO drills in eastern Mediterranean

The Turkish Ministry of National Defense announced that the frigate TCG Kemalreis, serving as the flagship of NATO’s Standing Maritime Group-2, and the frigate TCG Salihreis, participating in NATO’s Operation Sea Guardian Focused Operation 25-1, conducted training exercises in the Eastern Mediterranean.

In a statement shared on its social media account, the ministry stated: “The frigate TCG Kemalreis, serving as the flagship of NATO Standing Maritime Group-2, and the frigate TCG Salihreis, conducting NATO Sea Guardian Focused Operation 25-1, carried out training exercises in the Eastern Mediterranean.”
