Successful operation by Turkish Intelligence against PKK terrorists
The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) has successfully neutralized PKK terrorists Nujiyan Isyan, codenamed Hadice Kaya, and Diljin Azadi, codenamed Heva Kivelcek, who were planning an attack on the Turkish Armed Forces operation area in Hakurk, northern Iraq.
MIT received intelligence indicating that the terrorists Kaya and Kivelcek possessed written instructions for carrying out actions against a Turkish Armed Forces operation area in Hakurk, issued by high-ranking members of the organization. Consequently, MIT placed the two terrorists under surveillance.
With the assistance of operatives embedded within the organization, MIT uncovered plans for Kaya and Kivelcek to execute their actions under the cover of night to relay instructions from the organization’s leadership.
Following thorough surveillance, MIT decided to conduct a targeted operation against the terrorists. This operation resulted in the successful neutralization of Hadice Kaya and Heva Kivelcek.
It has been confirmed that both terrorists, Hadice Kaya and Heva Kivelcek, joined the terrorist organization in 2015 and have been involved in various terrorist activities in Gara, Avasin, and Hakurk regions in northern Iraq.
