President Erdogan emphasizes that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has committed genocide and war crimes that would even make the tyrannical dictator Hitler jealous

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan Sunday reacted to Israel’s ongoing massacres in Gaza, saying that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has committed genocide and war crimes that would even make the tyrannical dictator Hitler jealous.

During an interview with the Greek press, the president also gave important messages about the normalization process in Turkish-Greek relations.

“Netanyahu has reached a level that would make Hitler jealous with his genocidal methods,” President Erdogan said, adding that Palestinian resistance organizations accepted the offer to declare a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, but Israel wants war and continues its massacres in Gaza.

“We will do our best to ensure that peace and tranquility prevail forever on both sides of the Aegean Sea. It is in our hands to ease the relations of the two countries, which are trying to be squeezed between two walls, and to tear down those prejudiced walls,” President Erdogan said.

Erdogan also emphasized that the U.S. should strike a balance between Türkiye and Greece.

Stating that carrying out a project in the Eastern Mediterranean without Türkiye is doomed to failure, Erdogan also mentioned the visa application at the door in Greek islands.

“There should be no need for all this, and the EU should recognize visa liberalization for Türkiye,” the president said.
