A terrorist attack occurred on Wednesday at the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) facility in Kahramankazan, Ankara. Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya confirmed that one of the male PKK terrorists, identified as Ali Orek, code name Rojger, was eliminated during the incident.

Efforts to identify the other female terrorists involved in the attack are still ongoing.

The attack targeted the entrance gate of the TAI facility, leading to a violent clash between the assailants and security forces. Minister Yerlikaya expressed condolences for the fallen security personnel and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.

This incident poses a significant threat to Türkiye’s national security and underscores the determination of security forces. Investigations into the details of the attack are currently underway.
