Islamic world will take all steps to protect Haram al-Sharif’s identity: FM Fidan

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan vowed on Tuesday that the Islamic world will take all necessary steps to safeguard the Islamic identity of Haram al-Sharif in Jerusalem.
“The Muslim world will do whatever it takes to preserve the Islamic identity of Haram al-Sharif with the same spirit,” Fidan said during his speech at the 162nd meeting of the Arab League’s Council of Foreign Ministers.
‘They will be held accountable’
Fidan emphasized the importance of collective action, stating, “We will continue our joint efforts to pressure the international community into rejecting Israel’s actions.”
He also issued a stern warning to supporters of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying they are complicit in the “ongoing genocide” and will be held accountable for their role.
“They will also be held accountable,” Fidan added.
