Global Leaders gather for third Antalya Diplomacy Forum
The third Antalya Diplomacy Forum commenced with an emphasis on ‘Bringing Diplomacy to the Fore in a Period of Crises”
The third Antalya Diplomacy Forum started on Friday with the central theme of “Bringing Diplomacy to the Fore in a Period of Crises.”
More than 20 heads of state from over 100 countries, approximately 90 ministers, including more than 60 foreign ministers, and around 80 representatives of international organizations will attend the forum, which will be held in Antalya between March 1-3.
Among the participants of the forum held under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan are Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, and Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, as well as Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government President Nechirvan Barzani.
Deputy Chairman of the Crimean Tatar parliament Ahtem Ciygoz will also be present. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is expected to meet with Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan at the forum.
As part of the program, an event will be organized, with members of the Gaza Contact Group participating in the diplomacy forum.
