At the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan emphasized that he will focus on solving crises that endanger global peace and security

Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Friday that the Antalya Diplomacy Forum will focus on solutions to crises threatening global peace and security, particularly the “ongoing massacre” in Gaza.

“During the forums and one-on-one discussions organized as part of the event, we will assess methods to address crises that pose a threat to global peace and security, focusing on the ongoing massacre in Gaza,” Fidan said on social media platform X.


“Together with participants from all around the world, we will discuss how we can contribute to a fairer, more peaceful, and more prosperous future by utilizing all the tools of diplomacy,” he added.

Fidan emphasized that the forum addresses global crises threatening peace and security, focusing on the ongoing situation in Gaza.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The important diplomatic meeting between Türkiye and Russia aims to increase cooperation and dialogue on regional and global issues by bringing together the two countries’ foreign ministers.

Participants from diverse backgrounds will engage in discussions covering mediation, migration, emerging technologies, food security, terrorism, and sustainable development, fostering a platform for diplomatic collaboration toward a fairer, more peaceful, and prosperous future. 

The event welcomes diplomats, politicians, students, academics, civil society organizations, and the business community, providing a comprehensive perspective on global challenges and potential solutions.
