President and Justice and Development (AK) Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdogan addressed citizens at the party’s rally in Isparta.
President Erdoğan highlighted that Türkiye has faced numerous obstacles over the last 10 years, ranging from terrorism and attempted coups to the global health crisis and regional disputes. He emphasized that the seismic events, considered the most catastrophic disasters of this era, have further compounded the challenges. President Erdogan expressed confidence that the country will overcome these hardships as well.
‘Among top 3 countries in world in UAV technology’
Addressing citizens in Isparta, President Erdogan said: “We are one of the top three countries in the world in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology. With our national fighter jet KAAN, we became one of the four countries in the world that can build a fifth-generation aircraft.”
President Erdogan elaborated that the outcome of the ongoing program would start to manifest in the latter part of 2024. He highlighted the favorable overall economic indicators, emphasizing that national revenue, employment rates, manufacturing output, and exports are currently at record highs. As inflation decreases, there will be more resources available to enhance the economic well-being of employees and retirees.
He emphasized Türkiye’s significant role on the global stage, with around 32 million workers and approximately 16 million retirees.
He reiterated the commitment to upholding a secure and stable environment, ensuring that the nation remains steadfast in pursuing its objectives. Regardless of domestic or international challenges, the government remains resolute in safeguarding the jobs, livelihoods, peace, and security of its citizens.
