Defense industry President Gorgun meets UAE Chief of General Staff

Haluk Gorgun and Isa Seyf bin Eblan el-Mazrui discuss defense cooperation between Türkiye and the UAE.

Defense Industry President Haluk Gorgun met with General Isa Seyf bin Eblan el-Mazrui, the Chief of General Staff of the United Arab Emirates, at the Presidency of Defense Industries. As part of his visit to Türkiye, el-Mazrui continued his engagements in the defense sector, including a meeting with Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler and Chief of General Staff of Türkiye General Metin Gurak on Monday.

Haluk Gorgun announced the meeting through his official X account, where he stated:

“We hosted General Isa Seyf bin Eblan el-Mazrui, the Chief of General Staff of the United Arab Emirates, and his accompanying delegation at our Presidency. We thank them for their visit. I hope that the productive discussions we had with our friendly country, the UAE, in the defense industry sector will lead to beneficial outcomes in the future.”

Gorgun also presented Isa Seyf bin Eblan el-Mazrui with a fifth-generation national combat aircraft Kaan model as a gift.
