Aselsan, Roketsan sign contracts for missile subsystems and seeker head production
Aselsan announced on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has signed contracts and amendments with Roketsan to produce missile subsystems and seeker heads. The total value of these agreements is $20.15 million, 45.7 million euros ($49.38 million), and ₺476.32 million ($14.74 million).
The deliveries under these contracts will take place between 2024 and 2028.
Aselsan
Established in 1975 to meet the communication needs of the Turkish Armed Forces with national resources, Aselsan is a joint-stock company affiliated with the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation (TAFF). TAFF owns 74.2% of Aselsan’s shares, while the remaining 25.8% are traded on Borsa Istanbul (BIST).

Roketsan
Roketsan is a defense industry company established in 1988 by the decision of the Defense Industry Executive Committee to lead national rocket and missile research and production programs. Over the years since its establishment, the company has become the most competent institution in Türkiye for designing, producing, training user personnel, and meeting the logistical support needs of missile/rocket systems, including launch platforms and command units, in line with requirements.
In Defense News’ rankings of the most valuable defense industry companies, Roketsan ranked 96 in 2018, 89 in 2019, 91 in 2020 and 86 in 2022.
