The fifth meeting between Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan, the Special Representatives of Armenia and Türkiye, will take place at the Armenia-Türkiye border on July 30, according to a statement from Ani Badalyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

Last week, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan visited the revived Alican border crossing on the Armenian side of the border.

The two countries had previously agreed to open the border to third-country nationals and holders of diplomatic passports.

During a panel discussion at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum on March 1, Türkiye Special Representative Serdar Kilic declared: “Türkiye is committed to the complete normalization of its relations with Armenia.”
