2 FETO suspects, 23 irregular migrants arrested in Edirne, Türkiye

Two FETO terrorist suspects and 23 irregular migrants were arrested in Edirne as they were preparing to illegally flee to Greece.

According to the information received, the counterterrorism branch of the Provincial Security Directorate stopped a minibus near the border gate.

During the search, two FETO suspects and 23 irregular migrants who were preparing to flee to Greece were caught.

Two boats found with the suspects were seized.

The irregular migrants were handed over to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management after the procedures at the police, while FETO suspects were detained.
