The Turkish Women’s National Volleyball Team will compete against China in the quarterfinals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The match will take place on August 6 at 10:00 AM Turkish Standard Time (TSI) at the South Paris Arena.

After the group stage matches at the South Paris Arena, the quarterfinal lineup is confirmed. The teams advancing to the quarterfinals include Türkiye, China, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, the U.S., Poland, Italy, and Serbia.

The full schedule for the quarterfinal matches at the South Paris Arena is as follows:

  • 10:00 (TSI): China vs. Türkiye
  • 14:00 (TSI): Brazil vs. Dominican Republic
  • 18:00 (TSI): USA vs. Poland
  • 22:00 (TSI): Italy vs. Serbia

China topped Group A after defeating Serbia 3-1. In the group stage of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Türkiye secured a 3-0 victory against China.

Recently, China won 3-2 against Türkiye in the 2024 FIVB Nations League. China’s head coach noted the difficulty in blocking Türkiye’s attacks and their strong reception.
