Rockets snap road losing streak as Alperen Sengun shines in win over Pelicans

In the NBA, the Houston Rockets ended their eight-game road losing streak by defeating the New Orleans Pelicans 109-97, thanks to Alperen Sengun’s impressive performance of 22 points and eight assists.

With this victory, the Rockets secured their 38th win of the season, while the Pelicans suffered their 46th loss.

The Rockets’ strong display on both defense and offense, particularly from the third quarter onward, played a crucial role in securing the victory.

Turkish star Alperen Sengun led his team in scoring with 22 points and eight assists, while Amen Thompson contributed with 21 points and 11 rebounds, and Tari Eason added 20 points to the win.

On the Pelicans’ side, Trey Murphy III scored 26 points, while Zion Williamson recorded a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
