Türkiye boasts exceptional individual players. They adopt a different tactical approach compared to our previous opponent, the Czech Republic,” he stated.

Portugal secured a victory over the Czech Republic in their opening fixture, and Jota expressed confidence in replicating their success against Türkiye. “Our objective is to dictate the game as we did against the Czech Republic. Türkiye tends not to sit back defensively, so it’s crucial we maintain our focus and deny them opportunities,” he emphasized.

Football is unpredictable, and we cannot afford to allow Türkiye the same freedom that Georgia did,” Jota remarked.
