Galatasaray has reportedly set its sights on Sacha Boey following his high-profile mistake in the Bayern Munich vs. Inter Champions League match.

The Turkish club is said to have started negotiations to bring the French right-back on loan with a buyout option at the end of the season.

Boey, who has struggled with injuries and failed to secure a regular spot at Bayern Munich, came under fire after his error in the Inter match. Despite the criticism, Galatasaray has shown interest in the player and is looking to bring him to Türkiye.

According to Fanatik, Galatasaray has backed Boey after his performance in the Inter game and is now actively pursuing him. The report claims the club is planning to secure a loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Although Boey is keen to fight for his place at Bayern, sources suggest he would be open to a move to Galatasaray if Bayern decides to part ways with him.

It is worth noting that Galatasaray previously sold Boey to Bayern Munich for 30 million euros ($32 million), but the 23-year-old has had a difficult time at the German club.

This season, Boey has played 13 matches, accumulating 540 minutes on the field and providing 2 assists.
