The 30-year-old playmaker landed at Ataturk Airport’s General Aviation Terminal on a private jet, where he was greeted by Fenerbahce club officials.
Wearing the iconic yellow-and-navy jersey, Talisca stepped out to meet a large crowd of enthusiastic Fenerbahce supporters. Before heading to his vehicle, he led the fans in their traditional “uclu” chant, fueling the excitement surrounding his arrival.
The Brazilian is expected to undergo medical examinations before signing his official contract with the club.
A career of championships and stardom
Born in Brazil, Talisca began his professional career at Bahia before securing a move to Portuguese powerhouse Benfica in 2014. After two seasons, he was loaned to Besiktas, where he became a fan favorite and played a pivotal role in the team’s 2016-2017 Super Lig triumph.
Following his successful spell in Türkiye, Talisca returned to Benfica but soon embarked on a new adventure in China, joining Guangzhou Evergrande. His three-year stint in the Chinese Super League was followed by a move to Saudi Arabia, where he has spent the past three-and-a-half seasons with Al Nassr.
With a trophy-laden career that includes titles in Portugal, Türkiye, and China, Talisca is eager to add another championship to his name with Fenerbahce. His last league title came in 2018-2019 when he lifted the Chinese Super League trophy.

Fenerbahce’s pursuit of Talisca is seen as a major statement in their bid for domestic and international success. The club aims to end their long wait for a Super Lig title and make a strong impact in European competitions.
Talisca’s arrival is expected to bolster the team’s attacking firepower, adding creativity and goal-scoring ability to the squad.
