Canadian Christopher Morales Williams set world indoor 400m record at the NCAA’s Southeastern Conference championships in Fayetteville

Canada’s Christopher Morales Williams raced to a world indoor record in the 400 meters at the NCAA’s Southeastern Conference championships on Saturday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The 19-year-old University of Georgia sophomore demonstrated exceptional speed and skill, clocking an impressive time of 44.49 seconds. 

This remarkable achievement secured Morales Williams’ place in athletic history and surpassed the previous record of 44.57 seconds set by American Kerron Clement back in 2005 on the same track. 

His achievement reverberated throughout the sporting world, earning him widespread recognition and admiration for his exceptional athletic prowess.
