Real Madrid is considering loaning young talents Arda Guler and Endrick to Bundesliga clubs in the summer transfer window due to their limited playing time in Spain.

According to Sport Bild, the Spanish club has internally decided that a loan move would be the best option for both players to continue their development. RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt have emerged as potential destinations.

Guler, 20, and Endrick, 18, are among Real Madrid’s most promising young players but have struggled for minutes under Carlo Ancelotti.

  • The Turkish wunderkind, who joined the club from Fenerbahce in 2023 for $21.5 million, has made 42 appearances since his arrival, scoring nine goals and providing five assists
  • Endrick, who arrived from Palmeiras in 2024 for $51.3 million, has played just 490 minutes in 27 appearances, scoring 6 goals and delivering 1 assist

RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt eye Real Madrid’s loan plan for Arda Guler, Endrick

According to Fichajes, RB Leipzig sees Guler and Endrick as ideal additions to their squad, especially as they anticipate the potential departures of Benjamin Sesko and Xavi Simons.

Leipzig’s attacking style and strong track record of developing young talent make it an appealing destination. Sport Bild reports that Frankfurt is particularly interested in Guler, viewing him as a strong option for their midfield.

Real Madrid has a history of sending young players to Germany for development. Achraf Hakimi and Dani Carvajal both benefited from loan spells in the Bundesliga before becoming key players in European football.

The Spanish club believes the league offers the right tactical and technical environment for young talents to improve.

Carlo Ancelotti’s response to loan rumors about Arda Guler, Endrick

Despite reports about potential loan moves, Football Espana notes that Ancelotti has denied any confirmed plans to loan out Guler and Endrick. The Italian manager has encouraged both players to remain patient and work hard for opportunities.

However, Guler is reportedly growing frustrated with his lack of playing time and may push for either a loan move or a more significant role at the club.

Endrick, on the other hand, has not yet started a match in La Liga and will sit down with his agents and the club to evaluate his options. According to Sport Bild, Real Madrid is prioritizing loaning players to clubs that compete in the UEFA Champions League, which strengthens the case for Leipzig and Frankfurt.

What could impact Real Madrid’s final decision on Arda Guler and Endrick?

Discussions between Real Madrid and potential Bundesliga clubs have not yet begun, according to Bulinews. However, both Leipzig and Frankfurt are closely monitoring the situation.

Real Madrid is expected to finalize its decision on Guler and Endrick’s future in the coming months. If a loan deal materializes, it could provide both players with crucial playing time before returning to compete for a place in Madrid’s squad.

For now, the young stars remain part of Ancelotti’s squad, but a move to Germany could be the next step in their careers.
