Real Madrid’s head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, expressed his satisfaction with Arda Guler’s performance in the team’s 3-2 victory over Leganes.

Speaking about the Turkish midfielder, Ancelotti said, “He demonstrated his quality on the pitch. He reads the game very well. While he doesn’t disrupt the opponent’s balance like other forwards, he plays the ball excellently.”

Ancelotti’s comments on Arda’s contribution

After the Leganes match, Ancelotti addressed the media and shared his thoughts on Arda’s performance.

“He played well and showcased his quality because he reads the game very well. While he doesn’t disturb the opponent’s balance like other forwards, his ball control is excellent. He circulates the ball effectively. He was very helpful to the team,” Ancelotti added.

The Italian coach also explained substituting Arda in the 62nd minute. “The reason for substituting him was to strengthen the team’s attack and bring on fresher players from the bench. It wasn’t due to any other reason,” Ancelotti clarified.
