- Tagar joined the PKK/YPG in 2014.
- Between 2017 and 2019, he operated in the Zap area of northern Iraq.
- He participated in multiple actions against security forces and coordinated the transfer of weapons, ammunition, and explosives for the terrorist organization.
- Tagar also served as a bodyguard for high-ranking PKK/YPG terrorists.
