President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reaffirmed Sunday that no force can expel Gazans from their “eternal” homeland, stating that Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem belong to Palestinians.

“No one has the power to remove Gazans from their eternal homeland, which has existed for thousands of years. Palestine, including Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, belongs to the Palestinians,” Erdogan told reporters in Istanbul before departing for Malaysia.

Erdogan criticized the U.S. administration’s proposals on Gaza, which he said were made under pressure from the Zionist regime. He dismissed U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to relocate Palestinians, calling it unworthy of discussion.

The president also praised Hamas for honoring its promises in ongoing prisoner exchanges with Israel, despite Israeli efforts to disrupt the process.

‘There is no place for terrorist in Syria’

Regarding Syria, Erdogan condemned the Assad regime, noting that mass graves uncovered in various parts of Syria were exposing its brutal actions.

Erdogan expressed hope for Syria’s stability under President Ahmed al-Sharaa’s leadership, suggesting the country would soon find peace.

“There is no place for terrorist groups in Syria,” Erdogan said, adding that President al-Sharaa would fight against these groups.
