Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant’s planned visit to Washington has reportedly been postponed following demands from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli media outlets have indicated that Gallant’s one-day trip, originally scheduled for tomorrow, was delayed indefinitely due to conditions set by Netanyahu.

Gallant was expected to depart for the U.S. to discuss Israel’s response to the recent Iranian missile attack.

However, according to reports, Netanyahu requested that Gallant postpone his visit until the Israeli Security Cabinet had finalized the response to Iran and after Netanyahu had spoken with U.S. President Joe Biden.

The visit, intended to address critical security concerns, now awaits rescheduling as the Israeli government assesses its next steps amid escalating regional tensions.
