4 Israeli soldiers killed in clashes with Hezbollah
Several Israeli soldiers were killed on Thursday, during clashes with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon according to Sky News Arabia.
According to these sources, four Israeli soldiers lost their lives in confrontations with Hezbollah early this morning in Maroun al-Ras, a town in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah later announced that it had conducted 21 operations against Israeli personnel and positions along the border and in northern Israel.
The group stated it targeted an Israeli Merkava tank in the Natoura area, south of the Golan Heights, using a guided missile.
Additionally, Hezbollah claimed responsibility for detonating an explosive device against an Israeli force that had infiltrated a village in southern Lebanon.
The group also reported that it repelled an attempt by Israeli forces to advance in the Fatima Gate border area today.
Earlier in the day, Hezbollah released at least three statements. In one of these, it claimed to have targeted a gathering of Israeli forces in the Shomera settlement with a “Falak” missile.
In another statement, Hezbollah indicated that it struck a gathering of Israeli forces in the al-Basita settlement with a barrage of rockets.
